He obviously was in no hurry to be a walker but at 14 months exactly he is officially walking everywhere. Yay, Mark!

20120220-124842.jpg Emily still loves to sing and dance all day long and everywhere we go. Mark likes to join in the fun. They were both playing piano for us for almost 15 minutes before I filmed the clip below. It was pretty funny. I know Mark, once again, is not clothed but he manages to go through at least two pairs of pants each day for one reason or another and sometimes I just give up. It dawned on me yesterday that this is a real problem. On our way to church it was one thing after another and we were running late. Emily dove off a stepping stool and face planted in the church bathroom while I had Mark on a changing table and a group of old ladies started squealing and insisted I needed to sit down and put ice on Emily's face and thoroughly check her teeth (totally unnecessary - it looked bad but she was fine), then the computer sticker thing wasn't working, and then Mark managed to get an entire cup of juice out of his sippy cup and on to his pants. I didn't have an extra pair of pants (he was wearing the very last clean pair) and turning around and going home and missing church over spilled juice seemed silly. Finally made it in to the nursery and the lady looked at Mark and asked where his clean clothes were. I told her we had none, but maybe he could just take off his pants? She looked at me confused and explained that there is a policy at the church (we were at MDPC) that all diapers must be covered. WELL, thanks for the info. You know you have a problem when someone has to explain to you their "pants policy." I understand that some places need a pants policy for one year olds, but we don't have one at home. Here is the clip.
