It's been a very busy summer and a while since the last post. Here are some highlights... Ben accepted a new job that we are very excited about and it is moving us to Austin! Here is our new home.

And here is a picture of the neighborhood. We loved our neighborhood in Houston but it's hard not to love these views...

In between trips to Austin we spent most of our time in Houston at pools. The kids spent a lot of time at the neighborhood pool this summer and both took swim lessons as well. Swimming just never gets old for the kids...

A trip to the lake house for the Fourth of July filled with lots of boat riding and some jet ski riding with Papa.

We spent this last week with my family in Galveston with trips to the beach and pool and then topped it off with a trip to the Pleasure Pier.





















It's been a great summer. We are sad to leave friends and family in Houston but very excited about the new house, school and community in Austin. Mark and Emily also have a new baby boy cousin in Austin that just arrived yesterday so we are looking forward to cousin time too!
