So you might remember that two college baseball powerhouses, The University of Texas and lsu squared off this summer in the College World Series final. This was especially interesting to our family as Caroline and I are both Texas alumni and Caroline's mom's family are residents of Baton Rouge and huge Tiger fans. The final is decided by a 3 game playoff to crown the national champion and this year the tournament came down to a decisive game three. Before the game I was quite confident that the Horns would be victorious and made an overly aggressive wager. It's been a while since the game was decided and I have yet to "pay up". With Caroline and Emily headed to Baton Rouge this weekend I fear the consequences if I don't go through with the agreement.
